All Conestoga cabinet boxes come
ready-to-assemble.
Assembly of each box can be
completed in 10-15 minutes.
The only tools required are a
rubber mallet and a high-quality
wood glue. (A pin-gun and
clamps can be helpful for the
rear mounting plates.)
The key to the cabinet assembly
is the set of hard plastic splines
that connect the face frame to
the cabinet sides. The splines act like fishhooks:
they insert easily into the
pre-routed grooves, but grab
tightly and don't come out without a fight.

The
sides, tops, bottoms and fixed
shelves are all pre-routed with
dovetail joints to go together
easily and hold together
securely.
